Here’s Deadline Hollywood, Nellie’s, latest Primetime Pilot Panic buzz.

It’s showtime for broadcast pilots as screenings at the networks are kicking off. Today was Day 1 of screenings at ABC, Fox and the CW and Day 4 for CBS, which started on Friday. NBC starts its viewing tomorrow. There were a couple of standouts today. At ABC, it seems to be the Mark Gordon-produced procedural IDENTITY starring Angela Bassett as the head of a unit fighting identity-related crime, which exceeded expectations. Several other ABC pilots had solid showings: dramas CHARLIE’S ANGELS, which is considered a lock, POE, said to be a favorite of ABC chief Paul Lee (though some are concerned that it is essentially a 1840s Castle with a supernatural twist), and comedy SMOTHERED, while reaction to Chris Moynihan’s comedy MAN UP and the Count of Monte Cristo-flavored drama REVENGE were mixed.

Its not really all that different from what I posted below but thought you might be interested in seeing how Ash’s pilot is still doing especially with Upfronts being right around the corner. Remember, keep your fingers crossed — we want Ashley on-screen weekly

Deadline Hollywood’s Nellie is reporting on the hot pilots for the 2011-2012 season. Here’s what she has to say regarding Ashley’s ABC pilot, Revenge.

Also in the lukewarm column is The Count of Monte Cristo-inspired REVENGE, whose reaction has been mixed to positive.

Keep your fingers crossed guys, we want Ash on-screen over here in the states on a lasting show! We should hear more on it during Upfronts which happen sometime this month

For the most part I LOATHE the paparazzi, they’re very annoying (as you will soon see) but this video is so adorable. Ashley hung out with Heather Morris (HeMo) from the hit FOX series Glee. Brittany & Bambi… I can get behind this.

Wednesday, February 16th, 2011: Cast member from the hit TV show Glee, Heather Morris and Ashley Madekwe from ITV’s Secret Diary of a Call Girl were seen leaving Sur after having dinner with friends. Heather told us to expect even more singing in the next season and that they had a new song that would be appearing on the net soon.

Last week Ashley and her handsome fiancée Mr. Iddo attended the Ciroc Vodka, OK! Magazine & Step Up Women’s Network Women Of Music Celebration as well as the event’s Gifting Lounge. Check out Ms. Ashley on the red carpet and hitting up the swag.

Thanks to my lovely Megan we have HD captures from episode 2 of Bedlam. Things are getting creepier for our flatmates. Ashley is doing a superb job portraying this character (the same goes to all the cast members) and I really want to raid her character wardrobe.

When we previously reported the news about Ashley’s new ABC pilot , Revenge… nothing was known about her character except that she will be the lead’s best friend and work for the people they will exact revenge on. Well The Futon Critic has published Ash’s character name as…

REVENGE (ABC) – Ashley Madekwe (“The Beautiful Life”) is the first to board the drama pilot, about Emily Thorne, a mysterious young woman who comes to the Hamptons to exact revenge on the people who destroyed her family. She’ll play Ashley Davenport, Emily’s “stylish and confident” friend who works for the people who wronged her. Mike Kelley penned the hour for ABC Studios. Phillip Noyce is directing.

Last week was the series premiere of Ashley’s newest project, Bedlam. The Sky Living supernatural series that follows Molly (Ashley) and her flatmates as they live in a truly horrifying flat filled with many deep dark secrets. It is really scary!
