‘Revenge’ Suspicion Episodic Still

I’ve added a still from Suspicion which was last week’s episode of Revenge. So sorry that it is coming so late but I’ve just come across it and it can now be found in the gallery. Ashley looks amazing in it with Ashton’s character Tyler.

REVENGE – “Suspicion” – Having discovered that her most valuable ally has turned against her, Emily desperately reaches out to her mentor (guest starring Hiroyuki Sanada as Satoshi) for advice. Victoria’s worst nightmare comes true when she finds herself totally alone both in her life and her home, while the threat of Tyler’s negative influence continues to grow, on “Revenge,” WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Note: We will be all caught up this week. There were numerous issues with why the Revenge captures were not all up-to-date this week but I’m back home, getting over an illness and all will be right very soon.

REVENGE

Wealth, beauty and status define the people in this town, but one woman is willing to destroy everyone for the sake of revenge.

Emily Thorne (Emily Van Camp) is new to the Hamptons. She’s met some of her wealthy neighbors, has made a few new friends and seemingly blends into the town. But something is a little odd about a young girl living in a wealthy town all on her own, and the truth is that Emily isn’t exactly new to the neighborhood. In fact, this was once her old neighborhood, until something bad happened that ruined her family and their reputation. Now Emily is back, and she’s returned to right some of those wrongs in the best way she knows how – with a vengeance.

Revenge” stars Madeleine Stowe (“We Were Soldiers,” “The Last of the Mohicans”) as Victoria Grayson, Emily Van Camp (“Brothers & Sisters,” “Everwood”) as Emily Thorne, Gabriel Mann (“The Bourne Identity”) as Nolan Ross, Henry Czerny (“Mission: Impossible,” “Clear and Present Danger”) as Conrad Grayson, Ashley Madekwe (“Secret Diary of a Call Girl”) as Ashley Davenport, Nick Wechsler (“Roswell”) as Jack Porter, Josh Bowman (“Prowl”) as Daniel Grayson, Christa B. Allen (“13 Going on 30”) as Charlotte Grayson and Connor Paolo (“Gossip Girl”) as Declan Porter.

Revenge” is written and executive-produced by Mike Kelley (“Swingtown”), along with executive producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey (“Twilight”). The pilot is directed and executive-produced by Phillip Noyce (“Salt”). “Revenge” is produced by ABC Studios.

Interesting that it falls in with their Wednesday comedy block seeing as Revenge is a drama. Well, I guess they have to switch it up.

REVENGE – Wealth, beauty and status define the people in this town, but one woman is willing to destroy everyone for the sake of revenge.

It’s Official! Congratulations Ash & ‘Revenge’ Cast & Crew…

Congratulations are in order for Ms. Ashley Madekwe, her pilot, Revenge, was one of seven dramas picked up by ABC today.

UPDATE 12:35 PM: ABC just picked up seven new drama series, early standouts Good Christian Bitches, now Good Christian Belles, and Charlie’s Angels, as well as Once Upon A Time, Pan Am, Revenge, Shonda Rhimes’ Scandal and The River. Some are for midseason. The high-profile drama pilots not to get an order include Poe, which was an early favorite of ABC chief Paul Lee but lost traction after poor testing, and Marc Cherry’s spiritual drama Hallelujah.

I messaged the lovely Ashley to give my Congratulations on the series pick-up and while she’s still waiting on the official call to be placed to her she did say “… I’m very pleased :) ” Methinks she’ll be in celebration mode very, very soon!

Primetime Pilot Panic: ABC Updates

Here’s the daily buzz thus far… keep your fingers crossed! We should hear something any day now.

With Fox done with its series orders and NBC pretty much done too, attention is focusing on ABC and CBS. ABC is expected to make its series pickups tomorrow. Here is the latest buzz on the two networks:

ABC

Assured to get series orders are early frontrunners GOOD CHRISTIAN BITCHES and CHARLIE’S ANGELS, along with the modern fairy tale ONCE UPON A TIME. Shonda Rhimes’ PR drama SCANDAL looks solid, with one or both of PAN AM and procedural IDENTITY also expected to get a green light. Thriller THE RIVER is rumored for an order, though it’s unclear if it will be a regular or limited-series one. Other possibilities on the drama side include the Hamptons-set REVENGE, which has been gathering momentum, and Marc Cherry’s HALLELUJAH, possibly for midseason with some retooling, while 1840s detective show POE has been fading.

On the comedy side, the TIM ALLEN pilot, APT. 23 and SUBURGATORY are considered a go, with SMOTHERED, WORK IT and BAD MOM as possibilities.

Come on ABC!

ABC narrows its series choices

This is great news that we’re reading coming in from Variety!

Dramas ‘Angels,’ ‘Bitches,’ ‘Pan Am’ and ‘Time’ in line for pickups

With new ABC Entertainment prexy Paul Lee currently hashing out a fall lineup with his executive team, insiders have tabbed four drama pilots so far that are looking strong for a pickup.

“Pan Am,” which travels back to the 1960s when the airline was an iconic brand, is on course for a series order. From creator Jack Orman, who has already been speaking to writers in anticipation of staffing up, project is from Sony Pictures Television.

With casting news that heated up the Internet and made fan boys swoon, a revamped and Miami-based “Charlie’s Angels” is looking likely as well. Starring “Friday Night Lights” vet Minka Kelly, Annie Ilonzeh and Australian actress Rachel Taylor, show would be a way for the Alphabet to connect the decades — original skein ran from 1976-81.

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar — the creators of the Superman-based skein “Smallville” — are behind the project.

“Good Christian Bitches” has had strong support for awhile and also has an excellent possibility of moving forward. Exec produced by writer Robert Harling, Darren Star and Aaron Kaplan, pilot stars Leslie Bibb as a woman who returns to her hometown after her marriage ends in scandal.

And from “Lost” writers-exec producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis is fantasy-themed “Once Upon a Time.” About a woman who is drawn to a town where fairy tales unlock her past, “Time” stars Lana Parrilla and Ginnifer Goodwin, who is just coming off “Big Love” at HBO.

ABC is expected to pick up more than those four, however. Other titles in contention are said to be Shonda Rhimes’ “Scandal,” procedural “Identity,” “Poe” and “Revenge.”

The comedy side is a little murkier, but the standouts so far are “Apartment 23″ and the Tim Allen starrer “Last Days of Man.” Allen is a proven commodity at ABC — “Home Improvement” ran for eight years at the network — and there is clearly a comfort zone between the Alphabet and the thesp.

Other comedies that are definitely in the mix include “Smothered” and “Suburgatory.”

Lee is expected to begin making producer calls late Thursday and on Friday in anticipation of the net’s upfront Tuesday in Gotham.

Over at NBC, which had a busy Wednesday with the pickups of dramas “Prime Suspect” and “Smash,” as well as laffers “Whitney” and “Up All Night,” more news is expected to come shortly. Over the next 24 hours, one or two more dramas should get the good word from topper Robert Greenblatt along with the comedy inspired by Chelsea Handler’s “Are You There Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea.”

Peacock has to make all its moves soon as its the first of the Big Four to present its wares to advertisers on Monday morning in Gotham.
